Amendment to the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003
3.—(1) The Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (b) of Part C of Section 1.2 of Part 1 of Chapter 1 of Schedule 1 (Gasification, Liquefaction and Refining Activities), for the figure “100m3” substitute the figure “500m3”.
