The Planning (Amendment) (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 20031 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Planning (Amendment) (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

Appointed day2.

The appointed day for the coming into operation of Article 18 of the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order is 1st December 2004.
