SCHEDULE 2 INFORMATION TO BE SUPPLIED TO EMPLOYERS AND THE EQUIVALENT GENERAL TEACHING COUNCILS

9.—(1) Where the teacher has successfully completed early professional development –

(a) the date on which he started his early professional development;

(b) the date on which he completed his early professional development; and

(c) the name of the school that certified the completion of early professional development.

(2) Where the teacher has not successfully completed early professional development, the reason for not doing so.
