<Text>This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2004.</Text>

<Text>In this Order –</Text>

<Pnumber>a</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>“the <Abbreviation Expansion="Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 (S.R. 1996/104)">principal Order</Abbreviation>” means the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>; and</Text>

<Pnumber>b</Pnumber>

<Text>a fee referred to by number means the fee so numbered in Schedule 1 to the principal Order.</Text>

<Title>Fees to be taken in non-contentious probate matters in the Supreme Court</Title>

<Pnumber>3</Pnumber>
<P1para>
<Text>In Schedule 1 to the principal Order, for the amount of –</Text>

<Pnumber>i</Pnumber>
<P4para>
<Text>£1·00, payable in respect of Fee <Abbreviation Expansion="Number">No.</Abbreviation> 9 (a), there shall be substituted the new amount of £1·50;</Text>
</P4para>
</P4>

<Pnumber>ii</Pnumber>

<Text>£2·50, payable in respect of Fee No. 9 (b), there shall be substituted the new amount of £3·50;</Text>
