These Regulations correct an error in the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers' Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 (S.R. 2002 No. 133).

The Regulations substitute a new regulation 2(1) into the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers' Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 in order to clarify the categories of person to whom the principal Regulations (as most recently amended) apply.
