Disclosure of testing information to member State competent authorities2The Department may give information about vehicles or persons obtained from inspections carried out under Article 75 or 76 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 or under Article 84 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 to the competent authorities in other member States, and in Great Britain and Gibraltar, in compliance with Directive 2000/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the technical roadside inspection of the roadworthiness of commercial vehicles circulating in the Community.
