It brings into force, on 11th February 2003, Schedule 3 to the Act (district policing partnerships) and, on 28th February 20003, Part 5 of the Act. 2003 No. 66 (C. 5) POLICE The Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (Commencement <Abbreviation Expansion="Number">No.</Abbreviation> 5) Order 2003 Made 8th February 2003 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 79 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000, hereby makes the following Order: 1 This Order may be cited as the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003. 2 Schedule 3 to the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (district policing partnerships) shall come into force on 11th February 2003. 3 Part 5 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (economy, efficiency and effectiveness) shall come into force on 28th February 2003.
