5.—(1) The Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) and, subject to paragraph (2), the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(2) are hereby revoked.
(2) The Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 shall continue to apply to an application for a grant made before 1st December 2003.
