The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 7(c) and 10(1) of the Employer’s Liability (Defective Equipment and Compulsory Insurance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(2) and now vested in it(3) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
