The following provisions of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 shall come into force on 1st October 2003.

The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) above are –

• section 86 (repeals) to the extent necessary to bring into force the provision of Schedule 13 (repeals) specified below; and

• Schedule 13, in the entry in respect of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 19782, the repeal of section 75(3).
