<Text>These Regulations may be cited as the Injunctions Against Anti-Social Behaviour (Prescribed Premises) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2003.</Text>

<Text>In these Regulations “<Abbreviation Expansion="Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/412 (N.I. 2))">the Order</Abbreviation>” means the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003.</Text>

<Title>Prescribed premises</Title>

<Text>The Department hereby prescribes accommodation held under non-secure tenancies from registered housing associations as a description of accommodation for the purposes of Article 26(2)(d) of the Order (power to grant injunctions against anti-social behaviour).</Text>
