1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Controlled Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 4th October 2003.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Controlled Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(1).
