Time off for public duties3.
In Article 78(2) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 –
(a)
after sub-paragraph (d) “or” shall be omitted; and
(b)
after sub-paragraph (e) the following shall be inserted –
“or
(f)
a district policing partnership,”.
