Amendment of the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 2 The Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 shall be amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 4. 3 In regulation 25 (interpretation of part VII), after “First Edition” there shall be inserted “(Revised February 2003)”. 4 Regulation 32 (offences) shall be revoked. These Regulations amend the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 (“the principal Regulations”).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by– a in regulation 25 (the interpretation of Part VII), substituting a reference to the First Edition of the Guidance for Cryptosporidium with a reference to the First Edition (Revised February 2003), b revoking regulation 32 (offences).
