Appointed day 2 The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 14 of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 in so far as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to that Act is 27th January 2003 for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations.
