The area at Ballycastle Harbour within which Moyle District Council and its officers may exercise their powers shall comprise the harbour, the land adjacent to the harbour and the pier, together with the seaward approaches to the harbour, which limits are shown by a continuous red line on the map.

In this Article “the map” means the map marked “Ballycastle (Harbour Area) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003” which has been signed and sealed with reference to this Order and deposited at the office of the Department for Regional Development, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GB.
