Harbour area 2 1 The area at Bangor Harbour within which North Down Borough Council and its officers may exercise their powers shall be that area shown enclosed by a continuous red line on the map and the area within which any dues for the time being leviable may be charged shall be that area within the Harbour shown shaded yellow on the map. 2 In this Article “the map” means the map marked “Bangor (Harbour Area) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003” which has been signed and sealed with reference to this Order and deposited at the office of the Department for Regional Development, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GB.
