The Department for Employment and Learning in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 167ZK and 167ZT of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1), and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations, which contain only regulations made by virtue of and consequential upon Articles 5 and 6 of the Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002(2) and which are made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the coming into operation of that statutory provision(3) –

1992 c. 7; sections 167ZA to 167ZK of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (Part XIIZA) were inserted by Article 5 of the Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2836 (N.I. 2)), and sections 167ZL to 167ZT (Part XIIZB) by Article 6 of that Order
