Appointed day 2 31st March 2003 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Act: – a Section 1 (Rights of carers to assessment) b Section 2 (Services for carers) c Section 4 (Assessment and services for children who are carers) d Section 5 (Assessments: carers of disabled children) e Section 7 (Information for carers) f Section 10 (Interpretation and regulation) Sealed with the Official Seal of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety on 27th March 2003.
