The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 134(1)(a) and 171(3) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, sections 5(1)(a) to (e), (g), (h), (hh), (j), (k), (m), (q), (t), 5(2A), 5A2, 13A, 69(8), 72(1) and (2), 139B(1)3, 165(4) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19924, Articles 28(1) and (4)(a) of the Jobseeker’s (Northern Ireland) Order 19955, Articles 4(1) and (5)(a) and 19(1) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 19956, Articles 11(3) and (6), 18(1) and 74(3)7 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19988 and now vested in it9, and sections 1(5)(b), 2(3)(b) and (6), 3(5), 7(4), 12(2), 13, 15(1)(j), (3), (6)(a) and (b), 17(2)(a) and 19(2) of, and paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 to, the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 200210, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, provisions of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 and which is made before the end of the period of six months beginning with the operation of those provisions11, hereby makes the following Regulations:
