Order and notice of order for continued detention of seized cash5.
(1)
An order made under section 295(2) shall be in Form 2.
(2)
Notice of any order made under section 295 shall be given without delay by the court to the person from whom the cash was seized and to any other person who is affected by the said order. Notice shall be in Form 3 and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order.
