The Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 (Commencement) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 1(2) of the Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 20011 hereby makes the following Order: –

1.

This Order may be cited as the Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2.

The Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 shall come into operation on 24th February 2003.
