Description of social care workers for the purposes of registration

2.  A person who –

(a) manages or is a member of care staff in a children’s home;

(b) manages a residential care home or a day care setting and is not registered with another professional regulatory body

is hereby specified as a description of social care worker for the purposes of section 3(1)(b) of the Act.
