The Welfare Foods (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19882 and section 171(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19923 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
