The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 56(3), 57(1)(b), (2) and (5), 58(2), (4)(b) and (6)(a), 59(3), 61, 73(3), 75(5), 122(2) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19951, and now vested in it2, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
