<Text>In rules 6(3) and 9(5)(a) of the Legal Aid in Criminal Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1992<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/> for the date “31st December 2002” there shall be substituted the date “31st December 2003”.</Text>
