Amendment of the Electricity (Applications for Consent) (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992 2 1 The Electricity (Applications for Consent) (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3). 2 In Regulation 2(1) (fee for application for consent required for construction etc of generating stations) for “£100” substitute “£350”. 3 In Regulation 2(2) (fee for application for consent required for overhead lines) for “£20” substitute “£60”.
