(This note is not part of the Order.)

This Order amends the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 so as to –

(a)

increase a number of court fees to be taken in proceedings in county courts; and

(b)

allow fees to be taken by a range of payment methods including credit or debit card.
