<Text>This Order may be cited as the Allowances to Members of the Assembly (Winding Up Allowance) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on the day after the Order is made.</Text>

<Title>Amendment of Winding up Allowance</Title>

<Text>In section 3(3) of the Allowances to Members of the Assembly Act (Northern Ireland) 2000, for “£11,617” there shall be substituted “£16,000”.</Text>
