It is retrospective by virtue of Article 3(7) of the 1972 Order. 2002 No. 211 PENSIONS Superannuation (Invest Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 Made 30th May 2002 Coming into operation 11th July 2002 The Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 3(4) and (7) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 and now vested in it and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Invest Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 11th July 2002. Addition to list of employments 2 There shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 1st April 2002 employment in Invest Northern Ireland.
