The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by Article 1(2) of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002

, hereby makes the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002.

2.

Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 shall come into operation on 9th April 2002
