Amendment of Schedule 8 to the Income Support Regulations8
In Schedule 8 to the Income Support Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings) after paragraph 15B18 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
15C
In the case of a person to whom regulation 6(5) (persons not treated as in remunerative work) applies, any earnings.
