Any person holding a game fishing rod licence shall be issued by the distributor with a sufficient number of gill tags to enable him to comply with these Byelaws.

Any person holding a fishing licence, other than a game fishing rod licence, shall be issued by the Board with a sufficient number of gill tags to enable him to comply with these Byelaws.

In this Byelaw “the distributor” means the Board or authorised agent through whom the fishing licence was issued.
