It is retrospective by virtue of Article 3(7) of the 1972 Order. 2000 No. 392 PENSIONS Superannuation (Northern Ireland Assembly Commission) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 Made 13th December 2000 Coming into operation 24th January 2001 The Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 3(4) and (7) of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 and now vested in it and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Northern Ireland Assembly Commission) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 24th January 2001. 2 There shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 2nd December 1999 employment by the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission.
