The following repeals in Part III(3) of Schedule 9 and section 67 in so far as it relates to them—

the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19934—

    1. a

      in subsection (1)(c), the words “which arises” and the words from “and which” to “beneficiary, and”;

    2. b

      in subsection (1)(d), the words “which arises”; and

    3. c

      subsection (3A)

Repeals
