SCHEDULE 2 N.I. Amendments to the principal Regulations

5.  In regulation 26 (time at which entitlement is to cease)— N.I.

(a) in paragraph (a)(1) for “the claimant” there shall be substituted “that claimant”;

(b) after “regulation 23” there shall be inserted “or 23A”.
