SCHEDULE 2 N.I. Amendments to the principal Regulations

26.  In regulation 70(1) (sanctions of discretionary length)— N.I.

(a) after “Article 21(3)” there shall be inserted “or 22A(4)”;

(b) after “Article 21(6)(a)” there shall be inserted “or 22A(2)(d)”.
