SCHEDULE 2 N.I. Amendments to the principal Regulations

11.  In regulation 47 (jobseeking period), at the end of paragraph (2)(b) there shall be added “or, where the claimant is a member of a joint-claim couple, a jobseeker’s allowance is payable in accordance with Part IXA (hardship)”. N.I.
