<Text>The Bus Permits (Designated Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (“the 1994 Order”) designate bodies concerned with education, religion, social welfare, recreation or other activities of benefit to the community which may grant permits in relation to the use of small buses under section 10B of the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967.</Text>

<Text>This Order amends the 1994 Order so as to add the Air Training Corps, the Community Transport Association and the Guide Association to the list of designated bodies.</Text>
