The Department of Higher and Further Education, Training and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 50(1) and (2) and 134(1)1 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 19862, and now vested in it3 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
