The Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission, in exercise of its powers under section 13(1) (amended by section 34(3) of the British Irish Agreement Act 1999 and (2) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 1952 which stand transferred to it under section 34(1) of the British Irish Agreement Act 1999, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) and (2) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952(1) and now vested in it(2) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the approval of the North/South Ministerial Council, hereby makes the following Regulations:
