This Order provides for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 on 1st December 2000:—Article 20 (which amends Part IV of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1989);Article 75(3) and (4) (transitional provisions);Schedule 3, with Article 18 (which gives it effect);Schedule 4, with Article 19 (which gives it effect);paragraphs 1 to 3 and 52 of Schedule 9, and Article 74(1) so far as it relates to those paragraphs; andthe entries in Part II of Schedule 10 (repeals in respect of the Matrimonial Causes (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 and the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1989).
