No. L50, 23.2.2000, p. 25) and were implemented, in relation to food, by the revoked Order). 2000 No. 185 FOOD Food (Animal Products from Belgium) (Emergency Control) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 Made 22nd May 2000 Coming into operation 23rd May 2000 The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 12(1), 26(3) and 47(2) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, having regard in accordance with Article 47(3A) of that Order to relevant advice given by the Food Standards Agency, hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Food (Animal Products from Belgium) (Emergency Control) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 23rd May 2000. Revocation 2 The Food (Animal Products from Belgium) (Emergency Control) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 is hereby revoked.
