Amendment of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000

3.  In Part III of the Schedule to the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) for “Article 9, except the definition of “designated scheme” in subsection (1)” there shall be substituted “Article 9, except the definition of “designated scheme” in paragraph (1)”.
