<Text>These Regulations may be cited as the Razor Shells (Prohibition of Fishing) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 16th June 2000.</Text>

<Title>Amendment of the Razor Shells (Prohibition of Fishing) Regulations 1998</Title>

<Text>The Razor Shells (Prohibition of Fishing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 shall be amended as follows:</Text>

<Text>In Regulation 2 (Interpretation) in the definition of “razor shells” for “Solenidae” there shall be substituted “<Emphasis>Solenacea</Emphasis>”.</Text>
