Amendment of the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations N.I.

6.  In regulation 56A of the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (reduced benefit direction)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) “given by a child support officer” shall be omitted; and

(b) paragraph (2)(a) shall be omitted.
