5. In paragraph 7A(1) of Schedule 8A to the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) (payments in place of payments of child support maintenance) for “a child support officer (within the meaning of Article 15 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991)” there shall be substituted “the Department”.
