Amendments N.I.

3.—(1) In the Schedule to the Health and Social Services Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) Order (Northern Ireland) 1994(1), there shall be deleted reference to the originating capital debt, interest bearing debt and public dividend capital of the Ulster, North Down and Ards Hospitals HSS Trust(2).

(2) In the Schedule to the Health and Social Services Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995(3) there shall be deleted reference to the originating capital debt, interest bearing debt and public dividend capital of the North Down and Ards Community HSS Trust(4).
