The Smoke Control Areas (Sale or Delivery of Unauthorised Fuel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998

The Department of the Environment, being a Department designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the control of air pollution, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by that section, and of all others powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
