Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.
(2) In these Regulations “the Management Regulations” means the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1).
